Pressure Washing in Kent

Industrial petrol machines and rotary heads for hard surfaces of any size.

Pressure washing is the right tool for hard, durable surfaces: concrete, block paving, stone, tarmac aprons, yards and commercial hard standing. It removes what has physically bonded to the surface — traffic film, silt, algae, spillage and general grime.

It is not the right tool for everything. Render, painted timber, some roof coverings and older soft brickwork are better handled by softwashing, and we will say so rather than take the easier booking.

What the job includes

  • Site and surface assessment before any water is used
  • Rotary surface cleaning for large flat areas
  • Lance detailing for edges, steps, kerbs and awkward access
  • Degreasing treatments for oil and traffic film where appropriate
  • Controlled run-off management and debris removal
  • Domestic and commercial work, including out of hours where required

Where pressure washing works well

  • Driveways, parking areas and hard standing
  • Patios, paths and steps
  • Yards, service areas and loading bays
  • Walls and steps in sound masonry
  • Bin stores, entrances and communal areas

Why it is done this way

What you get with our pressure washing

  • Professional petrol machines

Industrial units give consistent flow and pressure across large areas, which is what actually clears bonded dirt — not just a high pressure number.

  • Right method, right surface

We match pressure, tip and distance to the material, and switch to softwashing when that is genuinely the safer option.

  • Large areas handled properly

Rotary heads cover ground quickly and evenly, which keeps commercial jobs affordable and finishes consistent.

  • Insured, tidy and predictable

Fully insured, with the site left clear and a clear price agreed before we start.

Our process

How the visit runs

  1. Step 1

    Quote

Send us details or photographs and we will price the work, or arrange a visit for larger sites.

  2. Step 2

    Plan

Agree access, water supply, timings and anything that needs protecting.

  3. Step 3

    Clean

Surface clean, then detail. Test area first where the surface is unusual or aged.

  4. Step 4

    Clear down

Run-off directed sensibly, silt swept and the area left usable.

  • I can’t believe the change to the patio and paths surrounding the house! It has been transformed from a dull and depressing monotone with all kinds of dirt and growths in a matter of hours. Rez was a pleasure to have around, very polite and professional.

Questions

Pressure Washing FAQs

How much does pressure washing cost in Kent?

It depends on the size of the area, the surface and how heavy the soiling is. Most domestic jobs are priced per area rather than per hour, and we quote free of charge from photographs or a visit.

Can pressure washing damage paving?

It can if it is misused — too much pressure, too close, or a needle jet on soft stone. Controlled pressure, the correct tip and a consistent working distance are what prevent it.

Do you do commercial pressure washing?

Yes. We work for businesses, managing agents and property managers across Kent, including one-off cleans and scheduled maintenance.

Do I need to be there?

Not usually, provided we have access to the area and an outside tap. We will confirm what we need when we book the work in.
