Will cleaning restore yellowed uPVC?

Cleaning removes dirt, algae and staining. It will not reverse UV yellowing of the plastic itself, which is a change in the material rather than surface soiling.

Can you do the gutters at the same time?

Yes, and it is the sensible way to do it — internal vacuum clearance and external cleaning in the same visit.

How high can you reach?

Pole systems typically reach up to around three storeys where access allows. Higher elevations are quoted using powered access.
