UP Exterior Cleaning is an exterior cleaning company based in Maidstone, working across Kent and the surrounding counties for homeowners, landlords, managing agents and businesses. We clean driveways, patios, pathways, roofs, render, cladding, fascias, soffits and guttering — the whole outside of a property rather than one surface at a time.
How we work
Different surfaces need different treatment. Block paving and concrete take rotary pressure cleaning; render, paintwork and most roofs need a low pressure softwash with a biocide instead. Getting that choice right is the difference between a clean surface and an expensive repair, so we assess and test before the main clean starts.

Domestic and commercial
As well as homes, we work on retail units, offices, schools, developments and industrial sites across Kent, on both one-off cleans and scheduled maintenance. Out-of-hours work can be arranged where a site cannot be disrupted during trading.

Low pressure biocide application for render, cladding, painted surfaces and roofs.
Gutter vacuum poles
Clearing guttering from ground level to around three storeys, with camera inspection.
Powered access platforms
Safe working at height on roofs and tall elevations where ladders are not appropriate.
Pure water pole systems
Streak-free finishes on glass, conservatories, solar panels and frames.
Site protection
Sheeting, drain covers and controlled run-off to keep planting and drainage safe.
