Exterior cleaning in Medway
Driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, gutter clearing and roof cleaning in Medway — plus softwashing, render, conservatory and solar panel cleaning — from one fully insured local team.
The Medway towns keep us busy year round. Chatham and Strood are built on hillsides, so pitch and access change street by street; Rochester has tight urban plots near the High Street where scaffolding is not an option; Gillingham has long terraces and damper estuary air that keeps algae going. Access is genuinely the first thing we assess here, not a formality.

Local questions
Exterior cleaning in Medway, answered
Which Medway towns do you cover?
Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Strood and Rainham, plus the Hoo Peninsula villages and businesses on Medway City Estate. It is a regular run from Maidstone.
Can you reach a roof on a steep Chatham or Strood street?
Usually, but access is the first thing we check. Where a powered platform can be set up safely we work from it. Where the ground or the street will not take one, we tell you that and quote the alternative rather than improvising off a ladder.
Why does render near the river go green so fast?
Damp estuary air and shaded elevations. Algae takes hold on render and painted walls far quicker here than inland, which is why we softwash it with a treatment rather than pressure washing — pressure damages render and forces water behind it.
Do you work for businesses in Medway?
Yes. Unit elevations, cladding, forecourts, service yards and car parks, including out-of-hours where a site cannot stop trading. Our commercial page covers how that is arranged.

“I can’t believe the change to the patio and paths surrounding the house! It has been transformed from a dull and depressing monotone with all kinds of dirt and growths in a matter of hours. Rez was a pleasure to have around, very polite and professional.”
