Which service do I need?
Match the surface you want cleaned to the right service, how often it usually needs doing, and the method we use on it.
| Service | Surface type | Typical frequency | Method used |
|---|---|---|---|
| Driveway cleaning | Block paving, concrete, tarmac, resin, pattern imprint | Every 1–2 years | Rotary flat-surface cleaner, then kiln-dried re-sanding of block paving as standard |
| Patio cleaning | Indian sandstone, porcelain, limestone, slabs, decking | Every 1–2 years | Controlled pressure matched to the stone, plus joint and edge detailing by lance |
| Roof cleaning | Concrete and clay tiles, slate, flat roofs | Every 3–5 years | Scrape or soft wash — no high pressure on tiles — with a biocide treatment |
| Gutter cleaning | Gutters, fascias, soffits and downpipes | Once a year (twice under heavy tree cover) | Ground-level gutter vacuum, with an exterior scrub-down available as an add-on |
| Softwashing | Render, K-Rend, pebbledash, cladding, painted masonry | Every 3–5 years | Low-pressure biocide softwash that kills the growth rather than blasting the surface |

“I can’t believe the change to the patio and paths surrounding the house! It has been transformed from a dull and depressing monotone with all kinds of dirt and growths in a matter of hours. Rez was a pleasure to have around, very polite and professional.”
